How Billing Works
We Bill You. You Bill Them.
It's your job and your customer. We work for you, not around you.
You Send The Job
Photo of the stone, exact height and width of the face, and the wording or artwork. Trade quote back the same day.
We Invoice You
Once the proof is approved, we invoice your company at trade pricing. Paid invoice puts you on the schedule.
You Invoice Your Customer
Add it to your job at whatever price you set. We stay off your customer's paperwork unless you want us on it.

Sign up once and we'll text you trade pricing. When you have a job, send us these four things and we'll quote it the same day:
- Exact measurements of the face to engrave (height × width)
- 2–3 photos — straight on and from an angle
- The wording and any artwork idea — a loon, a buck, a pine, a logo
- Where the stone is — the job site, or dropping it at our shop
